Mindfulness courses for individuals and small groups
For those who are unable to attend our courses or would like a one-to-one course, Suryacitta offers the Mindfulness courses with individuals and small groups. This takes the form of eight weekly 50 minute sessions either face to face or over Zoom or Skype.
Suryacitta will guide you through the eight-session mindfulness course week-by-week and help with any questions you have. The cost includes all materials which will be sent to you at the start of the course.
The course costs £650 including VAT. Please contact for costs for a small group.
Having taken a mindfulness course with Suryacitta, you will have access to his monthly meditation drop in on the last friday of every month, either in person or onine, as it is broadcast live via webinar. You will receive guided medtiations and regular teachings.
During the sessions Suryacitta will take you through the eight week course covering all aspects of mindfulness. He will show you how to live more in the present moment, how to work with a busy and anxious mind and how to work with difficult experiences.
There will be teachings on kindness meditation and how mindfulness develops resilience and courage.
There will be time for question and answer session about any aspect or mindfulness and how it can help you in your daily life.
Suryacitta brings nearly three decades of experience of daily practice and teaching to the mindfulness courses so he can help take your understanding to ever deeper and more subtle levels.
