Train to Teach Mindfulness

Do you want to embark on a career in teaching mindfulness? Would you like to be able to offer the tools and techniques to your clients helping free them from anxiety and stress?

If so then we can help? Our mindfulness training is run via Mindfulness CIC a not for profit company based in the midlands in the UK.

During our six day mindfulness teacher training retreats we explore themes such as: What mindfulness really is and how to do it, How to calm the chattering mind, How to work with difficult emotions, compassion meditation, the ABC of mindfulness - the secret to a happy life, how to bring mindfulness to everyday life, how to live in the present moment and more.

We explore, how to keep mindfulness teaching simple and practical; the inquiry process and how to respond when you don't know the answer; how to work with difficult students; how to bring beauty to your teaching with stories, images, metaphors and parables; using silence and; pauses as teaching aides; holding a group; guiding meditations and more.

The criteria for attending a mindfulness teacher training event is simple - you have the willingness to learn and you have 12 months experience of mindfulness practice. If you meet these requirements then you are welcome to join the team and myself. To see our upcoming train teach mindfulness events click HERE
